The Saudi Esports Federation (SEF) recently named entertainment giga-project Qiddiya as a partner for the second edition of the Gamers8 Festival in Riyadh. The Festival, which began on 6 July, will run until 27 August, with a prize fund of $45 million.
Qiddiya construction began in 2019 and is projected to contain resorts, parks, and a city centre when completed. During the Festival, Qiddiya will present ‘exciting purpose-built immersive and interactive experiences’.
